What kind of support is included?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. We've made it easy to upgrade or downgrade your subscription based on your changing needs:
  • Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. We'll prorate your billing and only charge you the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Free Trial to Paid: Upgrading from a free trial plan to a paid Connect plan is automatic at the end of the trial period. Cancel before end of the trial to avoid being charged.
Do you offer discounts for large organizations?
Yes, we offer special pricing for organizations wishing to onboard 1000+ users.

What are the system requirements?
LTC Flow operates as a local installable WebApp using a Chrome browser or any mobile device. Only an active internet / data connection is required.

  • All user information is synced across devices and user account.
  • No data is stored in the local device
  • Email accounts are not required for setup. Administrators have the option setup with email or SMS text linkAll accounts complete MFA for activation
